Return Policy

At Bongo Smoke Shop, we strive to provide the best customer service and ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. If you receive a damaged item or suspect a defect, please refrain from returning it. Instead, contact our customer service team immediately, and we will personally assist you in resolving the issue.

For unused products and electronics in their original, unopened packaging, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that if a product has been used, even once, we cannot accept its return.*

Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. All international purchases are considered final.

To initiate a return request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Bongo Smoke Shop account. If you don’t have an account, you can easily create a free one.
  2. Access our Return Portal and verify your email address.
  3. Select the order you wish to return. Please remember that only orders placed within the past 30 days are eligible for return.
  4. Choose the specific item(s) you want to return. If you purchased multiple units of the same item, adjust the return quantity accordingly.
  5. Double-check the accuracy of your return details and submit the return request. Instantly, you will receive a shipping label along with a gift card equivalent to the return amount (minus the cost of return shipping).
  6. Download and print the provided shipping label. Safely pack the items in their original packaging materials and box. Affix the shipping label securely to the box and drop it off at your nearest post office.
  7. Start shopping for a replacement immediately using the gift card code provided. Our gift cards function like cash in our store, allowing you to combine them with discount codes, and use them for any item at Bongo Smoke Shop, and they never expire. Begin shopping now, and we’ll ship your replacement order as soon as we confirm your return is on its way back to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we can accommodate credit card refunds upon special request. Please note that credit card refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.

*In the event that an item returned is found to be used upon inspection, it will be promptly destroyed. In such cases, replacements or refunds cannot be provided, and we will take necessary measures to prevent any future orders from the associated customer account.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We gladly accept returns for all unused products.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 133 Welch Avenue, Ames, IA, 50014.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
